RESPONSIBLY DEVELOPED

Sensitive data deserves clear boundaries.

Trust grows from architecture, verifiable processes and responsibility. These principles guide the development of Oronela.

Principles that apply to every module.

01 / 04

Data in Switzerland

Your care institution's data is stored and processed on Oronela servers in Switzerland, on ISO 27001 infrastructure. Resident and health data remain in Switzerland. Website enquiries and email communication are described separately in the privacy statement.

02 / 04

AI on request

AI is activated only if your institution wants it. Models, knowledge search and processing run on our own Oronela servers in Switzerland. There is no third-party AI or fallback service using public AI providers.

03 / 04

Permissions by task

Roles, professional competence, responsibility and purpose determine access. Staff see only the information they need for their tasks.

04 / 04

Traceability

Changes, approvals and AI assistance are traceable in the audit process with responsibility, time and professional context. The technical documentation describes the implementation and checks.

RESPONSIBILITY

Trust through transparency

All customers receive access to the source code. This makes it possible to verify how access protection, encryption and the audit process are implemented. You choose between the Oronela SaaS service and operation on your own infrastructure; both options receive continuous updates. The ISO 27001 statement refers to the operational infrastructure.
