This website provides information about Oronela, the Swiss software for care institutions being finalised for Q1 2027. Etzensperger Informatik AG, Kirchweg 24, 3366 Bettenhausen, Switzerland, is responsible for data protection enquiries.
Website visit
When you visit the website, the hosting provider may process technically necessary access data, such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. The website itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Contact by email
When you write to us, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry and continue our correspondence. Do not send resident or health data to the general contact address.

Interest registration and further correspondence
When you register your interest, we store your organisation, name, business email address, role, organisation size and optional message, together with your consent to be contacted. We use this information and the subsequent email correspondence to clarify your requirements for Oronela and add to your customer profile. Processing takes place through our GPU01 application, Cloudflare for the website and connection, and Amazon Web Services in Ireland for sending and receiving email. You can unsubscribe by email at any time. Please do not submit resident or health data. This contact channel is separate from the processing of your care institution's data within the Oronela system.
